All prices are in British Pounds.

How does the service work?

HIRE: Choose the perfect maternity robe or dress for yourself. Options are chosen depending on style, length, colour, availability, and size. All sizes are either in UK sizes or Small (S), Medium (M), L (Large).

WEAR: Enjoy the maternity robe or dress for your photoshoot and look radiant!

RETURN: Once you have finished using the dress, place the robe/dress back into the bag used in the initial delivery and securely seal the bag. Arrange re-deliver to us by either by postage or drop and inform us once the garment is posted. The return cost is payable by you.

How long can I hire for? 

Bookings can be made for 4 or 8 days. The first day of your booking is the day that you have specified to us, and the final day is the day the garment(s) needs to be posted back.

Within 24 hours of your order being placed, you will receive an email from us with a booking form to be completed by you. You will then be able to specify the date you require the garments. We would advise that you make reservations 14 days in advance to avoid any disappointment.

At times, we do accept last minute hires (meaning orders placed less than 7 days). We advise that you email us at info@eptabridal.com firstly to ensure that the garment(s) is/are available for immediate collection or shipping. Once we have confirmed this to you, you may go ahead and place the order via our website.

 I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Once you have specified the date you require the garment(s) and completed the hire form, we aim to ship it out to you 1-2 days before your start date, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped. If you don't receive a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at info@eptabridal.com.

Shipping details

Standard delivery is free within the United Kingdom.

Express shipping (1-2 days delivery to you) the prices start from £14.99 per garment depending on the weight of the garment(s). 

Your hire period starts from the specified start date. Credits will not be issued for late delivery where you have not been available to accept delivery.

We do not take responsibility for orders where an incorrect address has been provided. If you have supplied an incorrect address, you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind, and you may be liable to pay any late fees or a replacement fee if the garment(s) is not returned to us.

In the instance where a parcel is unable to be delivered in time due to courier unable to gain access and you have not provided delivery instructions you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind, and you may be liable to pay any late fees or a replacement fee if the garment(s) is not returned to us. 

If you have supplied an address that has a redirection service set up and your parcel is not delivered in time you will not be entitled to a refund. Once the parcel has been despatched if you redirect it in any way, you will not be entitled to a refund if it does not arrive by the chosen delivery date. Redirecting a parcel will increase the delivery time by approximately 2-5 business days.

How do I return my order?

Simply place your garment in the bag it was delivered in, and seal securely. You are responsible for the return postage cost of the garment. Once shipped, simply email us with the tracking number to indicate you have shipped the garment out on time.

Do I have to clean the garments?

No, we take care of the cleaning for you! 

What if I need to change and cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order or make any changes, please email info@eptabridal.com 48hours before the garment is posted out. However, if changes or cancellation occurs once the garment(s) has been shipped, the full hire cost will be retained.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?  What if there is an issue?

Our rental fees are non-refundable so please carefully select your garment(s) before confirming payment. We advise that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via email at info@eptabridal.com if the garment (s) is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong garment(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What if the maternity garment does not fit?

Please carefully read the sizing specifications to ensure you are renting the correct size. If your garment(s) does not ft, please email us at info@eptabridal.com to enquire about an alternate size. We reserve the right to charge for shipping and restocking fees for the alternate size, and this will only be sent out upon receipt of the original garment(s). In the unlikely event that we do not have a replacement garment, at our discretion, we may issue a voucher as a refund excluding the postage and restocking fee (£10).

Payment 

Full payment for the garment(s) rental and the delivery cost will be taken when purchased on the website.

You will also be required to pay a £25 refundable deposit per garment rental. Your deposit will be refunded to you within 7 working days once our garments have been returned to us within the agreed time frame and without damage.

If your garment(s) is not returned on the return date agreed when the purchase was made, we have the right to charge your card at a rate of £10 each day the garment (s) is kept by you over your return date until we receive the garment(s) back.

If we do not receive payment from your card provider or if your card expires or is rejected, you will be contacted by our team for immediate payment.

You are solely responsible for all fees charged to your credit card by the issuer and bank.

Please note, we can refuse the right to hire if you are unable to provide the requested information on the hire form. It is therefore your responsibility to provide this information upon request.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that your garment(s) is received damaged or faulty, you have 24 hours to return the garment(s) to us in the original state it was sent to you to receive a full refund.

We will email you a pre-paid label for postage. Once you have attached the re-label to the bag, it must be dropped off within 24 hours of receipt before 4 pm. Unless advised by us, should a garment(s) be kept longer than the 24-hour period, we reserve the right to charge the full rental fee and refuse a refund. Please contact us if you are returning a garment and if you wish to request to keep a garment which you do not wish to use for longer than 24 hours.

If the garment(s) is not received in the original condition it was sent to you, and therefore has marks from being worn, we will take this as the garment(s) has been used, therefore we reserve the right to charge you the full amount of the rental and refuse a refund.

Late returns

Timely returns are essential so that we may serve our customers well; by posting your garment(s) back late you are potentially inconveniencing another customer. No one wants to be left without a garment(s) so please make sure you return your garment(s) on time! If you return your garment(s) late you will incur a £10.00 late fee for every day you are late up to 200% of the retail value of the garment(s) as indicated on our website. If you are unable to post your garment(s) back by 4 pm on your return date, please contact us at info@eptabridal.com.

What if my hire ends on a Sunday or public holiday?

Simply return your garment(s) via post by 4 pm the following business day.
